My name is Ross. I’m a husband, a dad to two girls, and a full-time firefighter with over 10 years of experience. A career built on preparation, responsibility, and accountability has shaped how I approach everything — especially homeownership and family life.
As a firefighter, preparation isn’t optional. You learn quickly that planning ahead and paying attention to details can make all the difference. That same mindset carried over into how I care for my own home.
Between long shifts and time with my family, I found myself spending what free time I had preparing my property for the next season — setting things up before spring arrived, winterizing outdoor spaces in the fall, and fixing small issues before they became bigger problems. I also realized how time-consuming seasonal transitions can be and how easily they get pushed aside when life gets busy.
HOW SEASONAL SHIFT BEGAN
Seasonal Shift grew from that realization.
I saw how many homeowners struggle to keep up with seasonal maintenance — not because they don’t care, but because they don’t have the time or energy to handle it all. Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, seasonal tasks often get delayed until they become stressful or expensive.
I wanted to create a service that helps homeowners stay ahead of the seasons without adding pressure to their lives — while giving them back time to spend with their families. The same care and preparation I put into my own home is brought to every property we service.
